Who am I?
I’m Jeff – under youtube name: Jeff Huynh Fitness and my goal is to create the ultimate training plan for beginners to start working out from home. I’ve been strength training for over 8 years and have packaged up everything I know into my training plans.
What skill level do I need to be for the training plans?
My plans are designed for complete beginners, or if you've trained for a little while, but want to start training more seriously and effectively. My plans will help you maximise your results.
What equipment do I need?
For my BUILD + SHRED training plans, you'll need a pair of dumbbells with removable plates. I recommend buying ones that can go up to 20kg if possible. An exercise mat is optional, but ideal for floor exercises that are within some of the workouts.
For my 30-Day ABS training plan, no equipment is required.
