Who am I?
I'm Jeff Huynh. I've been training for over ten years, which mostly means I spent the first few of them making every mistake a beginner can make — head-first and without a plan. What finally worked wasn't more effort or a new split every six weeks. It was structure. BUILD is the system I put together for myself once I figured that out, and over 700 guys have now used it to do the same thing. If you've been training for a while and the results don't match the effort, you're probably in the right place.
