This 6 week plan cuts out the fluff and has only what you need to start training effectively and build muscle quickly. I have designed it like a manual – one you can go back and refer to. With over 8 years of training knowledge, I’ve packaged everything I know, including what gave me the best results.
This plan follows a progressive overload structure – it’s the best way to build muscle over time. This training approach should give you the big results in 6 weeks. You can then use the structure of this plan to carry on training after 6 weeks – just make sure you’re increasing the weight of your dumbbells over time.

This plan is ideal for complete beginners, or if you've trained for a while, but want to start training more seriously and effectively. This plan has everything you need to maximise your results.
What equipment do I need?
You'll need a pair of dumbbells with removable plates. I recommend buying ones that can go up to 20kg if possible. An exercise mat is optional, but ideal for floor exercises that are within some of the workouts.
