What equipment do I need?

Standard commercial gym equipment (barbells, dumbbells, cables, machines).



Do I need to track calories?

You’ll set calories and macros once. After that, you can follow the example meal plans.



How does the 2-phase structure work?

Weeks 1–6 establish progression and baseline strength. Weeks 7–12 adjusts the rep ranges to drive heavier lifts.
