Why is this better than other training plans?



This is a condensed training plan with everything you need to build muscle as quickly as possible. I have designed it like a manual – one you can go back and refer to. With over 8 years of training knowledge, I’ve packaged everything I’ve learnt to give you the best results.

This plan follows a progressive overload structure – it’s the best way to build muscle over time. This training approach should give you big results in 6 weeks. You can then use the structure of this plan to carry on training after 6 weeks – just make sure you’re increasing the weights you’re using over time.





What skill level do I need to be?



This plan is ideal for complete beginners, or if you've trained for a while, but want to start training more seriously and effectively.





What equipment do I need?



Access to a gym is required for this plan. All standard gyms should have the equipment to accommodate the exercises within the training schedule.
