“I loved the program. The set routines had exercises that were comprehensive without being complicated. That’s not to say they weren’t difficult. They really tested my fitness.”

Why is this better than other training plans?
Why is this better than other training plans?
This is a condensed training plan with everything you need to build muscle as quickly as possible. I have designed it like a manual – one you can go back and refer to. With over 8 years of training knowledge, I’ve packaged everything I’ve learnt to give you the best results.
This plan follows a progressive overload structure – it’s the best way to build muscle over time. This training approach should give you big results in 6 weeks. You can then use the structure of this plan to carry on training after 6 weeks – just make sure you’re increasing the weight of your dumbbells over time.

What skill level do I need to be?
What skill level do I need to be?
This plan is ideal for complete beginners, or if you've trained for a while, but want to start training more seriously and effectively.
What equipment do I need?
No machines required. You'll need a pair of dumbbells with removable plates. I recommend buying ones that can go up to 20kg if possible. An exercise mat is optional, but ideal for floor exercises that are within some of the workouts.
