This plan is great for beginners, and those who have been training for a while, but want to start fully maximising their muscle growth potential.
What equipment do I need?
Access to a gym is ideal for this plan. All standard gyms should have the equipment to accommodate the exercises within the training schedule. At a very minimum, you will need a pair of dumbbells.
