Why is this better than other training plans?



This is a condensed training plan with everything you need to get shredded as quickly as possible. I have designed it like a beginner’s manual – one you can go back and refer to. With over 8 years of training expertise, I’ve packaged everything I’ve learnt to give you the absolute best results in 6 weeks. 

And most importantly, I will help you get shredded without losing muscle mass. This will be done by optimising your diet correctly + sticking to the training schedule. We will be hitting different dumbbell workouts (targeting each major muscle group) + incorporating HIIT / Core workouts throughout the week to torch through that body fat. 





What skill level do I need to be?



This plan is ideal for complete beginners, or if you've trained for a while, but want to learn how to get shredded more effectively. 
 





What equipment do I need?



No machines required. You'll only need a pair of dumbbells with removable plates. I recommend buying ones that can go up to 20kg if possible. An exercise mat is optional, but ideal for floor exercises that are within some of the workouts.
